Set aside an afternoon to craft with us and learn new skills along the way. 

November: Guided Painting

Follow along with Nyx as they walk us through a guided paint activity. We'll set up the paints, brushes and easels for you to follow along or create your own interpretations of a sample work of art.

 

Nyx is a trans, disabled artist and community organizer living and working in Nogojiwanong. Their work ranges from drawing, painting, print making, sculpture, and textile arts, to drag, performance art, dance, and more. They have a particular interest in symbolism and learning how art has evolved and influenced history. Nyx is an activist and uses their platform to speak out about queer rights, disability and environmental justice, and a Free Palestine.
