About our instructor: Rukky Ranyo blends science-backed breathwork and meditation practices with mindset coaching to help individuals reduce stress, improve focus, and gain deeper understanding of their thoughts and emotions.

Rukky is a certified behavior change specialist and personal trainer through ACE, with over four years of experience practicing and researching meditation.
